Introducing New Minot Site Manager, Pearl Ferguson, MOL MHA
Northland Healthcare Alliance, NHA, is pleased to announce Pearl Ferguson as their new Site Manager in Minot, North Dakota.
Ferguson has achieved many academic degrees prior to moving to North Dakota. She has obtained her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Montana-Western, Master’s in Organizational Leadership from the College of Saint Mary, Master’s in Health Care Administration from Clarkson College and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development and Leadership through the University of the Rockies.
Born and raised in Montana, Ferguson comes to NHA with eight years of previous PACE experience including academic research, operations, leadership, and consulting. Starting her healthcare journey as a CNA in 2004, Ferguson was first introduced to the PACE model of care while working on her Master’s in Health Care Administration. In 2011, she accepted a job working for PACE in Iowa where she served in a variety of roles including operations manager and executive director.
Her previous experience working for PACE will assist her leading staff, managing the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring that high quality care is delivered to program participants as she takes on her new role as Minot Site Manager.
